1. Try-In
Check fit, contacts, occlusion, and shade.
Use try-in paste for veneers and aesthetic anterior crowns to confirm shade before final bonding
2. Isolate
Ensure a clean, dry, and well-isolated field.
Avoid contamination from saliva, blood, moisture, or temporary cement residue.
3. Treat Internal Surface
Etch internal surface with 5% Hydrofluoric Acid for 20 seconds.
Rinse thoroughly, air dry, then apply silane for 60 seconds.
4. Condition Tooth Surface
Follow your preferred adhesive bonding protocol.
5. Cement Restoration
Veneers: Light-cure resin cement for better shade stability and working time
Crowns: Dual-cure resin cement especially for thicker restorations posterior crowns ,less translucent restorations
Seat restoration fully and tack light cure briefly for 1–3 seconds per surface (depending on cement) to gel the excess cement to allow removal of excess cement.
6. Final Cure & Review
Remove all excess cement and light cure thoroughly from all accessible surfaces.
Check margins, contacts, and occlusion.
